Debra Milostan
Chief Administrative Officer
Debra Milostan is MCA’s Chief Administrative Officer and has more than 30 years of experience supporting C-suite executives in transportation and private equity industries.
Prior to joining Michigan Capital Advisors, she served as Senior Executive Assistant to the Chairman, CEO & President of Meritor, Inc. from 2010 to 2016 and Executive Assistant to the COO from 2006 to 2010. In this role, Milostan provided support for all short and long-term business activities including managing agendas and logistics for the senior management team, acting as a liaison between the CEO, his direct reports and other executives, and coordinating travel and visa arrangements. From 1998 to 2004, Milostan provided executive support for ArvinMeritor’s CFO and Treasurer, Senior Vice President of Communications and Vice President of Compensation and Benefits.
From 2004 to 2006, Milostan was an executive administrative assistant to the Managing Principals at Questor Management Company, a private equity firm that has managed $1.2 billion across two funds, from 2004 to 2006. She holds a B.B.A. from Northwood University.
